Do pre paid phone cards work with cell phones?

i found one on att but it said for like..home phones only


i have a cell phone


but i need more minutes and i don't want to get a whole plan


where could i get a card?


would it work on my cell phone which was bought from over seas?

A prepaid phone card? It depends. If it is for prepaid cellular service, you need to have a prepaid cellular account. If it is just a calling card, then it will work with cell phones, but it won't work to give you more minutes. It will work to allow you to make international calls without paying the prices charged by your cellular service provider. I guess it could be interstate calls as well, but most service providers provide nationwide free long distance (in the US).
