Beware of phone cards with very low rates. Along with the low rates comes very poor sound quality and hidden fees.

Yes, if you have a phone card you use it from any phone you want (you don't have to call fromt he same phone everytime).





One thing to remember is that if you call using a cell phone, you will still have to pay for the normal usage charges (ie: if you call in the daytime, you are using your daytime minutes, etc). Your long distance charges are covered by the phone card but not your normal cell phone charges.
