I got a credit for the card itself, but can't get credit for the calls placed. First I was notified by a company that one of their employees sold their consumer info to a data broker, who in-turn sold sub-sets to direct marketing and gaming industry organizations. This is the 1st time something's happened, but I HAVE to open a new Yahoo account since I can't CLOSE my email. I would like comments on what I have decided to do, and if anyone knows of something easier, please advise! I am disabled, live on fixed income and can't afford premium services.
The only way I can see to fix this is to:
Open a new Yahoo account;
E-mail my address book (friends) new addy;
Change addy on vendor/business accts;
E-mail my saved messages to new addy;
Print out address book and manually input into new addy;
Post automatic reply reminding initial addy closed WITHOUT giving new addy; and
Pray for the best!
Thanks!
My email has been used to purchase LD phone cards. What else can I do besides change everything?

How do I switch sim cards for my nextel phone?
My phone went in the bayou. I got a different Sim card and a new phone I bought on eBay. How do I get my same number (from a contract) to a different Sim card?
How do I switch sim cards for my nextel phone?
Hmmm... To remove your phone number into a new SIM card, then you might need to ask your service provider, to ask if they can do that. See if they can reprogrammed their network to accept the new SIM card, so that you can use the old phone number but using a new SIM card.
However the usual policy for keeping the old phone number incase a missing SIM card, is for the service provider to issue a new SIM card to replace the old missing one. So I suggest you contact them, to see if you can get a new SIM card with your old phone number.
You might need some identification to prove them that you are really the owner of your old phone number.

Can I swap Sim cards from phone to phone?
I have bought a new phone with Tesco Mobile. They say I can keep my old number if i get a code from Orange, my current provider. Will this cost?
And can I use my current Sim card in my new phone?
Can I swap Sim cards from phone to phone?
Hi if you go to your local orange %26amp; ask them for a pac code then give the pac no. to tesco mobile your old no. will automatically be transferred over to your new phone . %26amp; no it wont cost anything to do! i was on orange %26amp; i had my no. transferred to o2 it took about 7 days to do hope this helps
Reply:no its free and its called a PAC code, just call orabge up and ask for it
Reply:If its on same network, or unlocked.. about a tenner to unlock..
Reply:i do but then again i have two american phones, but my uncle does it and he lives in manchester
Reply:Phones are usually locked to a network. You can swap sim cards from phone to phone IF you get an unlock code. You can get this done at many shops usually costing around £5.
Reply:Providing you are out of contract or had the number over 12 months if you are on pre pay you can request a PAC code (Port Authorisation Code) from Orange. You then give this to Tesco Mobile and they will port the number from Orange. As I said if it's over 12 months old and out of contract there will be charge.
You will be able to use your new sim in your current phone but it may be network locked at the moment, again Orange can provide you with the unlock code, and again if it's over 12 months old or out of contract this should also be free.
If you get stuck give me a shout.
Reply:yeh you can,if the other phones are the same network but normally if it is not then just take the phone to any shop (or the market because its alot cheaper to get unlocked to any network it costs a tenner)if you take it to a proper phone shop they will charge you loads and you sim will be sorted

Question about prepaid cell phone cards?
Ok. I'm buying a prepaid cell phone card from ebay and I was wondering if I have to go to a store and activate the card? Or do I call the number and activated? Orrrr is it already activated?
Question about prepaid cell phone cards?
the place that you get the card from should do the activate it for you when you but it because they need to be done before you can use them and put them on your phone so be careful on what you but online
Reply:Not only that but the card should have activation instructions. Be careful about buying cards on ebay because they may be empty.

What are some websites that you can buy some Cingular Go Phone cards from other than Cingular?
I don't know of any websites to get them from, but you can get them from most chain stores. If not you can call 611 from your Cingular phone and get minutes through the automated service using a credit card. I can look around, but I don't know of any.

Can you use different phone cards (not your cellphone carrier) for your cellphone?
For example, I have a Solo Mobile phone, so instead of buying a Solo Mobile phone card which is hard to find, could I buy say a Telus phonecard or a Fido one? I WILL NOT go on a plan. Thanks!
Can you use different phone cards (not your cellphone carrier) for your cellphone?
i dont think you do use phone card by useing cell phone cause if you do use it will stilll be getting charge as if you also useing the home phone too. it doesnt matter if you do use different cards anyways. actually you can use any phones cards for calling more less mintunes.

How do ( Cell ) phone cards work?
they are the best thing since the invention of the wheel...!!! my tracphone is 3 yrs old and it works very well for me......you purchase the card of how ever many minutes you guess that you will be using in your situation...mine is only used for my purpose and i try to eliminate giving out my cell # cuz incoming calls are deducted from my paid minutes, but at least you know many mins you have left .some hightime cards gives you a year before you have to renew, and you keep mins that have not been used and are added to your next purchase...the only thing i dont like about the cards is that you are the one that has to make the call to the tracphone co. to add your time and mins.after the purchase is made.....like 20 mins on the land line phone.!! tjhey also give you specials for added mins.like birthday bonus time ...usually 100 free mins, but you must call them to get it added or installed other than that im satisfied and no bills will i ever see in the mail.......so its 1. buy the phone ....usually comes w/ free mins. ....2 before the mins. run out purchase another card...3. call the tracphone co. to get mins. added.......oh yea dont forget the phone most always comes w/ bonus coupons that add mins for free.!!! you cant beat it and you arealways in control. .....end of message
How do ( Cell ) phone cards work?
I have had a Trac phone for over a year now and i LOVE it....You just buy the phone at Wal-Mart for $20.00...It comes with 10 free minutes but you will want to buy another card (At Wal-Mart) They scan the card when you buy it, You take it home and you can either call the number on the card or put the minutes on the phone online....Online is much easier than calling them, It takes about 5 minutes online, Than just toss the card away.....Your new minutes are good for 2 months, If you start running low on minutes before your 2 months are up, Just go buy another card and put the minutes on it....It's very easy and the phone picks up signals for along ways, and NO credit checks........I love it because there are NO contracts, you pay as you go with no monthly bills.......Get one, try it....I'm sure you will love it too...
Reply:they dont so don t try them wait is it for a trac phone if so DON T try it

If someone is using a TMobile phone, and only buying phone cards to make calls, are any records kept of the calls being made?
I know the phone has a call log feature on it, but what about a record with the company or something like that?
Thank for any help : )

The company should have some sort of record of calls since they are recorded on the tower the call is made from

How do prepaid phone cards work?
here is a good website, so you can make a wise decision....
http://www.cellguru.net/providers.htm
How do prepaid phone cards work?
You buy a card which grants you access to the calling network for a set period of time, say 50 minutes. These usually expire after a period of time, say 30 days after first use.
The calling card company buys the minutes of access in a block from the ILEC or long distance company that owns the network. The calling card company makes its money on the breakage (expired minutes of use) and on a mark-up per minute, usually 1 or 2 pennies a minute.
Reply:http://www.telthreeadvantage.com/
Reply:You key in a number that comes with the card. then key in the phone number you want to call. The minutes are tied to that number and will be deducted each time you use it until they are all gone.

Can you use prepaid minute cards on a contract phone?
I have a cell phone that is on a contract plan. There is a person that I let use my phone and whenever she uses it she dials the numbers on the back of a prepaid minute card and then she makes her call. I do not know how these cards work. By her using the card, am I still being charged for her calls. I tried to go on the website of the card but they have this weird loop that prevents you from actually emailing them. I can't call them because I don't have enough minutes on my phone and I don't want to go over my minutes (my parents pay for the phone). Can someone help me out. If I need to give more details for u to help, I can.

Im wanting to set up a one on one phone chat from my house. How do I accept credit cards over the phone?
I didnt see any phone option on a paypal merchant account. Is there an online site that I can just enter the credit card numbers and the total bill, and they can process this for me? For a percentage?
Im wanting to set up a one on one phone chat from my house. How do I accept credit cards over the phone?
Make a PayPal "donate" button from your account and put it on a web page or blog page.
While talking on the phone with someone, you click the button, and ask them the questions- name, card number, expiration, etc and type it in.
It will then charge the card and put the money in your account.
--- OR ----
Do a "Request Money" from PayPal to their eMail address.
After they have paid and cleared, they can call you and you can verify by logging into PayPal that they are good to go.

Mobile phone able to take multiple sim cards?
My first question here!
I'm interested in getting a mobile phone that takes multiple SIM cards, so I don't need to carry two phones whilst traveling (or keep swopping cards on one phone). This feature is even more important to me than high-tech stuff like camera. Can anybody make any recommendations?
Thanks!
Mobile phone able to take multiple sim cards?
You can buy any brand of mobile phone of your choice. There is actually a double card for SIM cards available in the market. I bought my double sim card way back in 2004. It is called the "King of double card". Read the intruction, it's very easy to use.

Verizon is a CDMA provider and doesn't use SIM Cards. the only way to activate it is to call Verizon or go to the Verizon store, and activate the ESN.
Reply:No. You must get it activated by a cell service. You can dial 911 in an emergency from any cell phone, even if it is deactivated.
Reply:yes
Reply:sure can, just check to see if verizon activates outside phones, they should, i used to work for cingular, and you can do it, as long as the phone was up to date (GSM) which means takes the sim card, but if verizon is like cingular, then no other card would work for that phone except for a verizon sim card, because almost all phones have locks on them, to prevent other companies of getting their equipment, but in all said short, sure you can, just call verizon...

I THINK
Reply:Yes, you can get it activated with just a phone card. You should be able to have all the benefits of having a regular cell phone.

Can I use one mobile phone with two sim cards?
Hi, I've got a work mobile phone and a home mobile phone. This means that I have to carry around two handsets with me at all times and it's starting to get on my nerves. Is there any way for me to put two SIM cards into one phone?
Can I use one mobile phone with two sim cards?
Yes, provided that the sim cards are from the same carrier as the handset, or that the handset is unlocked. However, you cannot use both SIM cards at the same time. There is an adapter I used to see around on eBay that will allow you to put in two SIMs at once, but still you would have to select in a menu on the phone which phone number you wanted to use at any time. You could not use both phone numbers at the same time. What I'd do is I'd use call forwarding on one of my mobiles to forward all the calls to the other mobile. I do that with my work phone often so no matter whether they ring my work number or my personal mobile, they all go to the same place.
Reply:Yes, there is a way, you need 2 contact a cell technician and ask for a circuit that allows 2 SIM cards to work simultaneously in the same phone. Don't forget 2 check carriers compatibility with your phone model (band, frequency) and also you need 2 check that the phone is not "locked" by the service provider. Here in Uruguay, South America this is a common procedure so good luck whenever u are
Reply:Definitely! Check out http://www.fonefunshop.co.uk/dualsim/dua... for ghost dual sim cards %26amp; more products that you can use for 2 sim cards on 1 mobile.
Reply:I don't think they make phones that accept two SIM cards at the same time. What they do make are SIM cards that hold two numbers.
I have a TWIN card with Vodafone in Spain and I can switch between the two lines without taking the card out, simply by typing the PIN number for whichever line I want active. I can't have both on at once, but I have a free automatic divert from one line to the other, so people calling my "Private line" are patched through to my Business line " without noticing.
Doesn't do it for SMSs which is a real pain.
Reply:No.

Can I call from different cell phone using phone cards?
http://www.MiniCalls.com One of the best services around and I've used lots and stuck with them. Great rates, excellent quality, and no fees whatsoever. They are also giving away free minutes when you sign up.
Highly recommended.
Beware of phone cards with very low rates. Along with the low rates comes very poor sound quality and hidden fees.
Can I call from different cell phone using phone cards?
Yes, if you have a phone card you use it from any phone you want (you don't have to call fromt he same phone everytime).
One thing to remember is that if you call using a cell phone, you will still have to pay for the normal usage charges (ie: if you call in the daytime, you are using your daytime minutes, etc). Your long distance charges are covered by the phone card but not your normal cell phone charges.

Going to Europe, where can I get phone cards and exchange for Euro’s.?
Going to Europe, where can I get phone cards to call back to the US and should I just get Euro’s over here or use my bank card and get them at a ATM there. Going to Rome from the east coast.
Going to Europe, where can I get phone cards and exchange for Euro’s.?
You can get an AT%26amp;T phone card at WalMart. It tells you how to call from other countries and the diffrent rates.
If you have a Debit card that would be best. You can get money from the ATM or use it right at the stores.
I was there in June for a week. loved it.
DO NOT DRIVE while you are there, very scary. As a matter of fact try not to take a taxi during the day when its busy. The buses, train and the subway are the easiest. The subway will get you to all the big tourist spots and with in walking distance of the others.
My wife and I were there for our honeymoon. Walked all over the place and had a week pass for the subway. It was great.
Hope you have fun.
Reply:Atm is the best place to exchange your money. Then you don't have to worry about carrying it all with you.
Reply:In certain big cities in Europe, you can use your credit card to make a call at the pay phone. But you can buy phone cards right there at snack stores in the airport or at convenience stores in the city.
If your debit card has a Visa/MC logo, you can use it pretty much everywhere to get food, shop, etc Don't carry cash in a foreign country especially since Visa/MC is accepted everywhere. If you have to have cash for certain stores, withdraw 20-40 Euros at a time from the local ATMs. Don't keep extra cash on you unnecessarily. On your way back, you will see exchanges at the airport departure lounge. If you have cash left over, get it changed back to dollars.
Reply:No idea on the phone cards, I carry an international cell phone.
ATM are almost always your best bet. They have the current exchange rate and most do not charge extra for the conversion to local currency.
Reply:Hi, I was in Rome in January, you're going to love it! I got phone cards at the shops there , they sell newspapers, and snacks etc and they have phone cards, the 5 euros ones gave me tons of minutes, it seemed to give more minutes if you use it from your hotel room (they have instructions on the back) and not as much minutes when using a pay phone. I changed over about $75 when i got to the airport, just to have some cash, and used my debit bank card to get more money when I needed it and also just used it as a credit card most the time. Using your ATM gives you the best exchange rate.

Can phone company internet card signals be intercepted by hackers like WiFi cards?
Connecting by WiFi I use JiWire firewall to stop hackers. Do phone cards for mobile connection have the same vulnerability and if so, how do you protect yourself. I don't think the WiFi firewalls work with phone cards

Yup yup...

Just ask for a 5 dollar or ten dollar phone card, then pay for 5 or 10. Unless there is a discount. No tax. For asian atleast.

Do you have to get a plan with Virgin Mobile or can you just use the prepaid phone cards?
I was thinking I was going to switch pre-paid phone companies.
Also if you have had other recommendations about other prepaid phone companies feel free to post.
Do you have to get a plan with Virgin Mobile or can you just use the prepaid phone cards?
You always have a "plan" with Virgin Mobile, but you can choose if it's per month or per minute. With per-month, you get a number of minutes for a fixed monthly fee (just like in a "regular" plan with Verizon or AT%26amp;T, but no annual contract). With per-minute, there is no fixed fee or fixed minutes, you just pay as you go.
The good thing is that since there is no contract, it's easy to switch from one plan to another, or just stop completely whenever you like. The downside with these plans is that you pay more for time than you would with "regular" plans. If you don't use the phone much or don't want to get locked into a contract, pre-paid is a better way to go.
The pre-paid cards are just a way to pay. You can also use a credit card, but it doesn't change the way you select your "plan." I looked around quite a bit to pick a company for my father who doesn't need the phone much, and I went with Virgin Mobile because I thought they had the lowest overall rate. They use the Sprint network, so ask around to see if Sprint works well in your area.
This link has a nice summary of many pre-paid companies: http://www.cellguru.net/prepaid_compare....

Does anyone know if you can make money from selling phone cards?
You can make a tiny profit from it but remember, you need to buy these phone cards in advance and it has expiry date and is not refundable if not sold.

Reply:You can sell phone cards and make good money.. Just as you can selling toilet paper.. The bottom liner is how many you can sell which is the main factor.
Reply:I sold phone cards for a couple of years until one day I got stuck with $3,000 worth of worthless cards that the telephone company did not activate when they shut their doors .
The profit margins always seem to be shrinking because of competition and the lower amount of usage from lower prices per minute and the use of cell phones . The largest market is people calling foreign countries such as Mexico .

I'm traveling to the Philippines for 2 weeks. Should I get a prepaid cell or just phone cards? where do i get?
I'm going around the country but just want to make sure I have access to outside the country. Some people have said buy a GSM Phone and then buy a chip or I can just buy phone cards over there. I just want to prepare now than suffer the consequences if I have any problems. Any ideas?

your triband cellphone that is not locked to any carrier in your home country will work here.**

Reply:i think it's better for you to buy a gsm phone then have a sim card, preferably globe sim cards. coz u'll be able to bring it anywhere you want. u'll have your access to ur friends and anyone u wanna contact anytime and anywhere, besides globe network offers a lot of services for you to have ur overseas calls and international calls cheaper!
Reply:I have a T-Mobile service and whenever am in the Philippines I have no problem calling or receiving calls from the US. I have a cheap Old Nokia Phone with nor frills or thrills and it works fine. Just be prepared to pay high rate for the call somewhere in the 3 dollar range per minute.
Reply:The best thing to do is, go to your cellphone provider and tell them you are going outside the country and ask for the roaming services. But first see to it that your cellphone provider is capable to have a roaming service in the Philippines.
Or you could buy prepaid simcard and cellphone in the Philippines. Get the Globe or Smart simcard. It's reliable
Reply:Just rent an international phone here in the US, and turn it in when you get back. I believe you can get them through AAA, and I'm pretty sure most of the major phone companies (Verizon, etc.) offer them as well. That way you can call whenever you want, get calls if you need to, and you're not stuck with an expensive phone when you get back.
Reply:get a cellphone and a gsm sim card. Its quite cheap here in manila. some shops also sell second hand cellphones. Try going to greenhills or SM malls in Manila.
Reply:A prepaid sim card would do and it's cheap too!
Reply:Once you're in Philippines you can purchase a GSM Triband mobile phones and open it for Global Roaming so that you can use it not only here in Philippines but to any country too like US, Canada, Singapore, HK, Japan, Australia, etc.

How do I get internet access on my laptop while traveling? Cell phone cards?
I travel alot and I'm never at home. I'm buying a laptop and I want to use the internet while I'm on a train, bus, driving.. etc etc. Is there something that can be done with cell phone reception? etc? are there any other methods?
How do I get internet access on my laptop while traveling? Cell phone cards?
My son goes through a company called clear wire for his traveling wireless connection. I don't know anything about it.
Reply:yeah you can get wireless internet. just call any internet company if they have wireless internet.
Reply:You can either do what was said above, or if your laptop has WiFi you can connect to an open connection near by, but wireless internet is better because open networks aren't available everywhere. WiFi is really helpful for airports and cafes and hotels. If the hotel you are staying in has a open wireless network connection you can just ask at the front desk to allow you and you'll be able to use it.

OK i need help finding international phone cards.where can i get cheap ones?
International phone cards are the same as regular phone cards, you just have to dial a different access number, and pay another type of fee. You can get them at any CVS, Walgreens, Eckerds, Walmart, etc. Becareful though, When I was on my cruise to Europe, it took me a couple of tries to finally get through on my calling cards, and my roomie gave up on hers because she didn't read the directions clearly. Tell your fiance to read the directions clearly because it can be very confusing, but it is clearly stated how to use them. Good luck, and thank your fiance for what he is doing for our country. PS-if you need help, I would like to get one for you if you trust us enough, would love to help out, maybe you could set up a PO Box at the Post office, to where we could mail you phone cards. Just an idea. =) Bet a lot of people on here would love to help you out!

Is it illegal to switch SIM cards between phones without advising the wireless phone company?
I have friends that do this all the time. I was just wondering if that was illegal or if they have to pay a fine every time they do it. Does the SIM card track your records and send it to the wireless phone company? It seems wierd!?
Is it illegal to switch SIM cards between phones without advising the wireless phone company?
It's perfectly legal cos they bill you for the cellular service and not the technology used to deliver the service. Cingular, T-Mobile, US Cellular support SIM technology, but they don't own the phone companies (e.g. Nokia, Siemens, etc).
The only thing they try and do to keep you on their network is to make some of the phones you get with their plans network "locked". For example, you get a free/discounted phone when you take out a plan with T-Mobile, there's a high probability that the phone will be "locked" to the T-Mobile network. U can change the SIMs in these phones too, but will only be able to use the cellular service if the SIM is to be use via their network and not a competitor. Get it?
Reply:It is not illegal to change your sim cards, and there is no fine if you do this with Cingular.
They can probably track, but I'm npt 100 percent certain.

What limits are there to the memory on Cingular Music phone memory cards?
I want to get a music phone through Cingular and I was wondering the memory limits for certain ones including: Samsung A707 (sync), Blackberry Pearl, Sony Ericsson W810i, Cingular 3125, Lg CU500, Motorola KRZR, and Samsung D807. Tell me everything you know about it. Even if I don't list the phone, tell me anyway.
P.S. What happens if I put a memory card that's too big?
What limits are there to the memory on Cingular Music phone memory cards?
it might be 1gb nowadays....but if it is too big, it should recognize it all, or in the worst case, recognize it as a 512 or 256 card...

I would like to know who are the maker of prepaid cards not phone cards or credit cards?
the maker of prepaid cards not the phone cards or credit cards or internet cards.
I would like to know who are the maker of prepaid cards not phone cards or credit cards?
These are small telecommunication companies that buy "minutes" from major owners of telecommunication infrastructure and then package them into "Calling cards". There are tons of them. The ones I like the best are Nobelcom, Tel3 and 1st4Phonecards. The long distance rates are quite low, especially for international destinations.

Will cell phone SIMS cards fit other brands of cell phones?
In other words, are cell phone SIMS cards interchangeable in different brands of phones?
Will cell phone SIMS cards fit other brands of cell phones?
no there not.
depends on alot of things like if there from the same companies for example nextel sim cards can be interchangeable with other nextel phone nothing else
Reply:Sim cards are all the same. The phone must be unlocked in order for it to work!
Reply:Yes it will you just have to make sure that model is unlocked to work with all services.
Reply:Yes. As long as its a SIM acceptable phone.
SIM - Subscriber Identity Module
CDMA - Code division multiple access
SIM cards are currently only interchangeable between 2 national carriers. ATT (formerly Cingular) and T-Mobile. Most other carriers use CDMA phones. (US Cell, Sprint etc...)
Typically only SIM controlled phones are capable of using a SIM card. Although lots of companies make both types of phone (CDMA and SIM) it is best to reference the phones features to see if it suits your needs.

Reply:yeah it depends on what kind of phones they are. i wasn't able to put the sim card from my nokia phone into my new motorola phone.
Reply:I know that you can take sim cards out of one phone and put them into other phones. I don't think the brand matters. For instance, if your phone was to die and you needed a number for one of the contacts in your phone but could not charge it, you could take out the sim card and put it into some one else's phone and view all of your info. You can even make a phone call on the other persons phone, and the minutes you use would be billed off of your plan, not theirs. Just make sure the new phone you want to switch to takes sim cards. The phone carrier determines whether or not you will have a sim. Alltel and Verizon do not use sim cards, while T-Mobile and At%26amp;T do.
Reply:They will fit other phones but may not work, this is due to phones being blocked to one network,it is possible to get the phone unblocked.
Reply:If you get an unlocked phone, or have your phone unlocked, yes you can interchange your chips. You can do simple surveys online like i did, and get a free iPhone and unlock it really easy with Jail Break Unlock for the iPhone.
Reply:Some SIM cards are proprietary, however most will work with any phone. If you purchase a SIM in USA, it will not work in Ukraine and vice-versa.
Reply:it will it just depends on the phone

Who has the best deals on prepaid phone cards?
I used to get them at Sams Club, but no longer have a membership. I live in the Northeast. Want most minutes for the money.
Who has the best deals on prepaid phone cards?
Walmart. Most cards are with in a few pennies of each other at most stores. The plans make the price.
Reply:I love www.onesuite.com...you can also use it on the computer and make calls...and you get free minutes when U sign up.....
http://www.onesuite.com/
Reply:Go to your target, or walmart, or whatever discount store and stand there and look, do the math, add it up.... all of them are different. you have to do your own math, and figure out where you will be calling most.
This is one of those things you have to do for yourself, like buying underwear, showes or a new wallet.
Reply:Are you close enough to the Canadian border to go to a Walmart in Canada? The calling cards you buy IN CANADA at Walmart are the absolute best buy we have found. There is no extra charge when you use a payphone, etc. You get excellent value for your money. But you must buy them in Canada, not in the US. I don't know why, but we found that calling cards purchased in the US are not a very good deal - must have something to do with different laws about the cards. You will be able to use the Canadian card in the US just as in Canada - we use them all the time when we travel.
I hope this information is helpful to you.
Reply:If you don't call too many people, but you speak to those people for a while then you might be able to come out good with just a gas station phone card (they take a lot of your minutes per call). If you call many people, but don't talk long then you would be better off buying a prepaid from stores like Winn Dixie or Best Buy

Does your minutes disappear on you phone cards sometimes?
When you last used it there were plenty of minutes on it. When you went to use it again, the minutes just seemed to have disappeared into thin air.
Does your minutes disappear on you phone cards sometimes?
its possible that someone got the code off the back of the card before you bought it, and they were checking it often to see if it has been activated, and been using it also. i had this happen to me and it sucks.... i got screwed... nothing they can do to help you...

Which website sells the cheapest phone cards for calls from Alaska?
MCI has decided to call it quits in Alaska, and they were very affordable. Now I'm faced with long distance within the state at $0.15/min or more. Are there any below $0.05 for nationwide calls from Alaska and within Alaska?
Which website sells the cheapest phone cards for calls from Alaska?
If you can get Yak, calls to Alaska are 5cent/min.
InPhonex VoIP rates are 2.5 cent/min, but their 1-800 Calling Card access adds 4cent premium for total of 6.5 cent/min to Alaska.
Pingo calling card calls are 3 cent /min to Alaska.
Check my CQ VoIP Call web site for more info on Calling Card services (you can find the link in my profile).

2.9c is the cheapest from Alaska to anywhere in the US.
Time Dial searches the top sites for phone cards. It is the only phone card site that calculates and compares the full cost of calling cards including all rates fees and surcharges.
Answer 6 questions and it tells you how much a phone card will cost you for a given period with your stated usage. This way you get the minutes stated.
Reply:Try International Phone Card Review as well.
Reply:http://www.MiniCalls.com One of the best services around and I've used lots and stuck with them. Great rates, excellent quality, and no fees whatsoever. They are also giving away free minutes when you sign up.
Highly recommended.
Beware of phone cards with very low rates. Along with the low rates comes very poor sound quality and hidden fees.

What is the difference between easycall and yabba phone cards Going to aus on holiday for a month?
Probably very little. I am sure they are both no good. Get on Skype in internet cafes everywhere, that will be the cheapest way to call. It may be best to get a local sim, vodafone are really good so you can make local calls cheaply.
