Can i put a T-Mobile go card in to my sony ericsson phone?

I have a Sony Ericsson S500i that i bought, can i buy a T-Mobile Go card in to it? Or any other Prepaid phone cards?

If it's a T-mobile phone, or an unlocked phone, it will work.





Most phones are locked so that they only read one wireless carrier's SIM CARDS. But people can unlock the phones, by paying a service or a hacker to punch in the unlock numbers to get the phone to read anybody's sim cards.





So if its a t-mobile phone, it will read all t-mobile cards, but if its a AT%26amp;T phone, it will say... enter subsidy password. This means its locked and the only way it work is with an AT%26amp;T sim card, or if you have someway to get the unlock code.
