The card is called "Co Sai Gon" it says dial 011+country#+city#+phone#
but what do i do with the scratched off code?
How do you use a internation prepaid phone card?
call the number on the back of the card, then it will ask for the pin, thats the scratch off code. it should tell you how many minutes you have then ask you to dial the number. for outside the US dial 011+country code+the persons number.
