Reply:All of these phone card companies are thieves, they do that intentionally to get you disconnected so they can charge you connection fees and make money without providing any service, I got sick of them that I decided to never used a phone card again.


The phone network in Algeria is in decent shape and the connection quality is the phone cards companies fault.
