Prepaid cell phone cards for any phone?

i'm from georgia, usa and i have an XE phone and i can't find a phone card so i'm asking if anyone knows of a cell phone card that i can use a cell phone card that can go with any cell phone

Unfortunately you are out of luck when it comes to finding a calling card for your XE Mobile phone. The company has closed it's doors and is no longer supporting the phones they distributed.
