Does any one know which department of medicade sends out the medicade cards and a phone number to reach them?

i made an address change one year ago i only changed which apartment i was living in but its in the same complex 2 family members recieve their medicaid cards but my son still does not, i have tried to resolve this problem every month but it still keeps happening every other document for him from health and human services comes to the right address and his account is active does any one have a solution?

You need to go down to your Dept of Human Services ask for another card and tell them your correct address. If that does not work go to your states Dept of Human Services website they will have customer complaint numbers call them. If you are in Colorado I can give you the numbers here. What state are you in. I
