Will a prepaid phone card show up on my bill?

I need to make a private call on my land line that wont show up on the phone bill, as my room mate is the one that pays it and frankly, I don't want to have to face unwanted questions. It's a complicated situation. If a but a prepaid phone card and use it, will it show up on the bill? Also, will my number still be blocked?

Will a prepaid phone card show up on my bill?
The destination number will not show, but the access number you dial will be shown on the bill of land line. The access number will not charge the land line user.

If you dial local access number, no surcharge will be occurred. If you dial toll free access number, surcharge will deduct from your calling card instead of land line.

As per your situation, you can use calling card to make long distance calls and no extra charge billed to your roommate. I think it is a good way for you and your roommate.
Reply:the only thing that MIGHT appear on your bill is the access number to the calling card, not the actual person you called, and only that depending on how your phone company prints out your bill.. as the call to the calling card access number will either be local or toll free it proballay will not be listed on the bill at all..
